What do I receive when I buy a cookbook?

A PDF cookbook delivered by email right after checkout, with a download link that also appears on your order confirmation page.

Do you ship anything?

No. Every cookbook is digital, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping cost.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. The PDF opens on phones, tablets and computers, and you can print the pages you use most.

I did not get my download email.

Check your spam folder first, then email admin@old2new.app with your order number and we will resend the link.

Can I get a refund on a digital cookbook?

All digital cookbook and PDF sales are final, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products except where required by law. If a file is defective or will not download, email admin@old2new.app with your order number and we will help you resolve it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Are the recipes suitable for GLP-1, diabetic or high-protein eating?

Each collection is designed around a goal, and every recipe lists its nutrition notes. The cookbooks are not medical advice; please follow guidance from your own healthcare provider.

How is the Old2New app different?

The cookbooks are ready-made collections. The Old2New app transforms your own recipes to match your diet preference, saves your favorites, and on Plus and Premium plans lets you download your saved recipes as a personal PDF cookbook.
